From here we can see the trail drop closer to the river before climbing again to Deurali, the most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetation is sparser, allowing magical views of the valley, the river below, and the sheer rock-face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfalls. Overnight in Deurali.

The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. Our journey in Nepal comes to an end today! Open trail treks representative will drop us off at the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight. On our way home, we have plenty of time to plan our next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.
Since the trekking trail of the Annapurna Region is considered a grade B or moderately difficult trail any fit person can do this trek. It is not necessary to have experience of trekking to do this trek but if you have in case it will be easier for you to trek to Annapurna Base Camp. For beginners, you should be mentally and physically prepared for the trek because it can be more challenging to walk through rough trails for beginners.
Generally, we will walk for 2 to 3 hours on an easy trail and we will walk for 3 to 4 hours on difficult trails.
Annapurna Base Camp is the highest we will climb in this trek which is 4130m.
Annapurna Base Camp Trek is an easier trek compared to another trek in higher regions. It is considered an easy trek because it takes only 8 days to complete the journey and since the Annapurna region is full of green lush forests so the oxygen level of this region is also high so there is less chance of having acute mountain sickness. So, Annapurna Base Camp Trek is not harder but also you have to prepare physically and mentally for the trek.
It is always a trekker’s choice to make a decision whether they need a guide and porter or not. But as a responsible travel agency, we always recommend our visitors to hire a porter and guide. Since, the trails are full of dense forests, raging rivers, and rough trails, the help of a local guide will always support you to trek comfortably and without any fear. For porter if you have a bag pack less than 10kg you can carry your stuff if you are fit but if you have more than 10kg of load we recommend you to hire porters too.
You can charge your battery on the route and in lodges or teahouse but you should have your own charger and sometimes you have to pay extra money for it. For hot shower facilities, you can get it for free in lower elevation but in higher elevation, they may take some charge.
You found many ATMs in the city area like Pokhara and Kathmandu but whenever you leave Pokhara and going for Annapurna Base Camp you will not get any ATM on the path. That’s why; you have to carry enough Nepalese currency from Pokhara or Kathmandu.
